5 Day Intensive Training

General information

Sessions will begin Monday morning and (officially) end Friday after lunch.  We will start sessions at 8:30am every day.  Lunch will be from 1:30pm - 2:30pm and we will finish up at 5:30pm.

The 5 day training will be divided approximately 50/50 between classroom training and hands-on work in the garden (roughly 4 hours of each per day).

Friday evening through Saturday evening. There is the option to stay over the Sabbath  where we will have an agriculture-focused time for sharing and study.

Tuition Cost: Tuition is on a donation basis.

Registration: $50.00 (non refundable). This fee guarantees your seat in the class. **Only 1 registration needed per family

Class Size: Trainings need a minimum of six people to make it worth our time and effort. We are committed to keeping the classes small enough to allow plenty of one on one interaction.  We reserve the right to cancel the training if the minimum numbers are not met.

Families are welcome, but we need to be clear that this is not a day care. We do not have supervision for children, and we don't want children running around unsupervised, so you will need to plan for one parent to be responsible for children at all times. They are welcome to sit in on classes as long as they do not distract from the teaching.

Farm Location: Our farm is located at 654 Dry Prong Rd. Williamsport, TN

Training Center Location: 762 Dry Prong Road. Williamsport, TN

Check In: Check in is on Sunday after 3:00pm for any of the housing options.
